All of the really fast drivers at our track use the Protoform J71 (Javelin).
I'd thought most were using the 68 Camaro and the McAllister Trans Am? A few Javelins maybe. Of course I've not been there for a couple of weeks.

There is that Crispy guy that runs a Javelin, is that who you are talking about?

Just got home from visiting the folks at The Grove in Rock Hill, SC. 10 VTA cars there today. Was very bummed that I hadn't brought my own car. Thanks to RoadBoy and to Alonzo Hess for the answers. Nice bunch of folks!

Default AE TC6 RSD upgrades VTA setup

I figured this would be a good time to update my setup from boxstock, to dang near boxstock, it was good for a couple of tenths on the current Thunder RC layout, home of the SOLD OUT!!!!... USVTA Southern Nationals in Music City USA

hope this might help somebody looking for a good starting point

here's some pics from SJCCR's summer finale - Pimpfest 2013 - hosted by Ray Murray.

19 USVTA cars, 2 full mains, drama and excitement in both the "B" and "A" mains. Drivers from PA, NJ, DE, Maryland all out pimping our cars

the "A" was won on the final lap (time expired with the leaders on the back stretch, 6 corners to go) - .2 tenths of a difference between 1st and 2nd (me)

lots of fast cars and close door to door racing
