less then 80 degs is cold for us.
upto 120 is cool (less colder then cold)
and over 120 makes your gonads sweat and tires bake!

Funny you mention that. I was down at TFB and the spool monster ate my spool just before race time. I was running 19turn and switched to a one-way just before race time. I had a ripping car before the spool monster, and with a one-way it just wouldn't work right in tight turns. IDK if it was the slickness of the asphalt or what, but I know a spool would have shaved off atleast a half second on each lap. I would suggest a tight/locked diff. That track has a poorly placed back corner. The wood sticks out to grab those front tires. So if you can help it, carry an extra spool b/c a tight diff will break if you catch that back wall.

Look if you use common sense you'd figure whats in between! Sorry man I am not trying to be a jerk but the answer is there. I didnt think I needed to break it down by degrees precisely.
Plus You only need to worry about cold and cooler on our scale. In your neck of the wood anything over 125 is probly never!!!
Also Adrian listed 4 not five. The funny thing is you had it figured out on your post. Florida is funny with weather the further south the closer to the equater yet close enough to the north to get wierd weather. We dont get four seasons here. Its summer and fall without changing of the leaves. It cools down a little to low 50's and maybe 5 to 6 days of high 40's and thats in the mornings or evening because when the sun comes out its a low 70's day. with track temps around 80 ( cold for Florida)!

Think you guys are talking about blazing hot.I don't know how hot is blazing be.
But I come from Singapore and is really really blazing hot here.All the tires that you guys suggested eg Sorex 36 are for night racing and we use Sorex 40 for the day.I don't know how to convert F to C.But Temps can get as high as 36C here around the equator.

Formula for converting! a °C = (4/5)a °Réaumur = [32 + (9/5)a] °F.
Lucky for us there is conversion tables all over the net!

But as for Blazin He is refering to tracks that the track itslf is hotter than 150* if ever this happens, pack up go home...Your sweating more than racing..LOL
But yes in Souther California I have seen track temps of 155* but that was a real scorcher for like 6 days strait of 105*+ it was stupid hot.....
