Yeah! I also ordered all my spare parts through a hobby shop in Illinois. They had pretty much everything I needed in stock. Arms, joints, uprights, steering blocks, all the diff parts minus the screw 850 bearings and diff balls. I still need to pick up flourine ball ends. Jeez this is getting expensive........

I had a carpet foam setup but I forgot where I put it.... Actually I don't think I wrote it down since I'm using my 415 for carpet now hehe... But I believe I used 6mm wheel hexes for 28mm tire clearance for the front... AE Purple or Yellows springs for front and AE Copper rear springs. 70wt/f 50wt/r. 3hole pistons. Shocks on tower was outter most in rear and one in on front. Shock on arm was middle hole (3hole) front and inner hole (2hole) rear. Yellow swaybar up front. Short wheelbase for more rotation. 4degree caster blocks. 415 suspension blocks flat on chassis with C/A front and A/A rear. Camber link shims I think I had 2mm front and .5mm rear. Mazda6 body. 96spur. I don't recall my droop. Maybe 5 and 5. Front diff tighter than rear. Uhhh, I can't remember anything else. But it would be a start I guess.

I'm having trouble fitting foams on the car AND maintaining a 190mm width. I got the 30mm rears to fit by moving the shock mount to the innermost hole on the three hole side of the arm and I used a red 1mm spacer. the prob is I can't get the front tires (28mm) to fit without spacing them out and exceeding the 190mm width. I was thinking of cutting the front tires down to a 26mm width and the rears to a 28mm width (so i could use the middle hole on the arm). Anybody else have problems like this w/ foams?

but apart from that i havent changed the factory setup of the steering rod link (from servo to steering arm post) as i have changed holes on the front uprights ackerman to the inside holes and found alot more steering so i can now turn down my steering dual rate to 90 and have enough steering for left hand turns
and i still have to more tuning options to give me even more steering "C" rear toe in block needs to be fitted and 4 degree caster front C hub needs to be fitted (i've got the 2 Deg on ATM)
if you want pics ill have to email them to ya, i got it zipped up about 10 files

Well this is my initial setup that I'm going to test
Equal Shocks F/R (Kit Oil, 40 wt I believe, 2 Hole Pistons)
Sway Bar: Red
Inclined Shock Angle two spots on Rear, 1 spot on Front
Springs: Tamiya White on Rear, Tamiya Grey on Front
Camber: Starting with 2 degrees Camber front and Rear and will see what wear is like.
Castor: 4 Degree Aluminium
Ride Height, 6mm F/R
Foams: 42F Ellegi Front and 40R UFRA Rear
We'll see how we go. If my settings seem a bit weird, let me know. I'm kinda pissing in the dark at the moment until I actually get to the track. I should be running on an untreated surface too against only Rubber boys so we'll see how we go.
