we dont use a warmer much with the EXP's, 1-2 min was maximum we ever used, when the weather was really cold, cant recall the temp setting, sorry.

There is a Sweep Challenge coming up early this summer at Controlfreakz in Chaplin Conn which I was testing the spec tire yesterday on there prepped surface. Ran the Qts 32's tires they were great all day one set lasted me all day running open mod. I ran 4 practice run then we ran 2 quals and main. I tq'd by 2 laps with lap times very consistent all day. I took main by lap and a half over the other brand blue tires. I found using combo of Sweep #1 to clean tires after run and #3 for traction produced the best times over full run lap times only falling off .2 tenth over 5 minute run of open mod. there prep for track worked great with Sweep #3. Pretty sure these will be spec for all up coming Sweep events.

hey guys

i have finally worn out my training set of EXP30's

WOW over 400 laps on a set of tyres !!!!!

they had just as much grip on the last laps as they had ever had

even on our very abrasive low grip dusty asphalt track

my next order will be bigger then the last one of only 2 sets of tyres

i have never known anyone who wants to help fellow racers as much as John

Again Thanks for the extra support and advice for using these tyres

hope to get to the USA to meet you and race in the USA

Hey fellas, I recommend if you run Sweeps tires to grab one of their T-Shirts... They are very comfortable from the first time you put them on and affordable...Light material will keep you cool on those hot summer months.. I recommend if you are a certain size go up 2 sizes, this is recomended on Sweep Racing's website..

It looks like the Sweep drivers of the Pacific Northwest have created quite a stir, because I saw LOTS of yellow rims yesterday at the track . The tires performed awesome. I love the fact that tire warmers are usually not needed as long as you choose the correct tire compound. I used EXP30 premounts in the morning until the track temp got to about 100 deg F. Then I switched to the 36s with great success. I had a little trouble in the main because of a mistake I made though. The track cooled significantly and I didn't think to change back to EXP30s. Car was still very fast in the later half in the run though.

Another hit was the Sweep X3 traction compound. Compared to tweak, it is exactly the same from the beginning of the race to the end. Tweak tends to be really aggressive up front, then fade away later in the run. Many people loved the sweep traction compound as it worked on just about any tire you put it on as well.

I think we'll be seeing a lot of people ordering up sweep tires from now on

I have done some carpet testing while still waiting on my asphalt track to open up and the exp 30 had so much more traction through out the entire run. I ran 6 6min. runs and every time out the exp30 felt the same as the first run my lap times where down .3 seconds a lap on average over my sjr 28 both brands where new out of the package. The grip never faded on exp 30 the sjr 28 started to fade after 2nd run, these are by far the best rubber tires I have tried the best part was the exp 30 I have are for asphalt not carpet so can't wait to get outside and get them on some asphalt and really watch them tear it up.
