This track is really temp sensitive, the hotter it is the greasier it gets. The weather looks good as a front is moving through that should drop the air temp to the mid 80's, this should help improve grip.....but sorry, it will never compare to your South Florida max-mombo grip tracks.

Thanks Troy!!! So probably the Stiff top deck or the EU08 would be a better choice than the stock one...and maybe those AE greens will not be such a bad idea...what track rod are you guys using in those conditions? I see a lot of set up sheets going to the short/med with on hole 3...

With the stock chassis, I still like the stiff top deck the best, but I will try the euro deck. I am running the stock track rod, steering block in the forward hole.

Couple more nitro races and it is time for some indoor carpet. What is the latest setup for some 13.5 indoor carpet rubber tires for M3.5? I am currently using the carpet chassis and probably the stiff upper....should I also try the carpet foam shock towers or use the stock one..? Thanks...

Howard....keep the stock shock towers on there. If you have the light weight bulk heads use the foam chassis if they are not light weight use the kist chassis and the newer rubber top deck. Setup wise Im sure there is something on the site to get you going....I have been running foams again and like it suprisingly but I think I have my last setup written down some place if you want it.

Seaball....Purples all around do work.....

just installed mine the other night while using the PPD tweak plate to hold the chassis in place, the plate makes for a fantastic work platform to hold the chassis, the "mc goo" kit went on with great ease and is a great fit. looking forward to the first public appearance of both.

If you left the parts in my room I should be able to get pics of the anodized and non anodized kit on the car. I also have some pics of the non anodized kit on the car a few pages back if anyone wants to search.
