Can anybody tell me if you can get foam tyres to fit and if so which ones?

currently no f1 foams will fit this car. you can use 1/10 scale foams tho. wont look scale but they will fit. like noted before i think they will come out. if you do a google search on the car you can see pics of foam wheels.

WOW. have you guys seen how much hpi wants for the hpo up parts ? very expensive. if you bought everything it would cost more than the car.

speedtech has the f10 in stock...they're waiting on parts and hop-ups to come in soon. Can't wait to see the parts and prices.

Hiro: remember to post some pics of your f10

Hello guys,
Sorry for taking long posting pictures but here they are!

I put 0.5mm shim in between the t-bar and o-ring so the t-bar is angled as you can see in the picture and it has more down travel. This will give you more on-power traction. I recommend to try it if your car is a little loose on-power.

I hope it helps.

The car has aluminum spindles and rear axle option parts that are specially for use of foam tires. With using those option parts, all foam tires for F103 can be used. (So Zen tire will fit on F10!) But the tire in the picture is HPI's prototype that will be available soon.

Thanks,

Hiro: Why the foam tires? I hope its because you ran on foam tire class, and not because the stock rubber tires aren't any good.

You have run it with the rubber tires, right? How are the stock tires working out?

I ran rubber tire class at the ultimate F1 race and the tire worked very good. But i used option softer compound though. The reason why the car has foam tires on now is that prototype tire testing purpose only. The rubber tire comes with the kit is ok, but the option compound "M" and "S" both are great!!

Thanks,

Thanks,
