T.O.P. Racing "Photon" 1/10 EP Touring Car

All you would need, in addition to the kit, is springs (393gm, 367gm, 306gm, and 289gm) and a spool. It's a lot cheaper going this route than buying the rubber car and getting the foam carbon parts (chassis and top deck), but to each his own. Either way will work.
The parts I usually break when I clobber stuff are caster blocks and steering blocks. You might want to get some rear hubs too, but if you put a set screw in the hole that's not used, you shouldn't have any problems.

Did you use a servo saver when you broke it?
With that what you made now I will use a servo saver because els you damage your servo.

Can any of the team drivers explaine how to balence a ProTon from side to side? I was told to put 2 strings in both ends of the shock towers, so I did that, put my weight on the car and when I lift the car by the strings looked balenced but how can I be sure, I know the car was properly designed to be balanced without buying 4 corner scales. I keep on asking this question and nobody has really answered the question, they tell me to put the string on put not how to be sure its balanced. Thanks

I'm with Larry on this one too. I haven't balanced a car either. In fact, just a few weeks ago, Mike Hanulec had a scale setup to check his T3 since it was freshly built. I put my car on just to see it if was way off... and to my surprise was dead on the money. This is with the weight tray full of lead (about 63 grams) and 21 grams of lead spread up the center of the car. If most of you have the weight setup that way, you should be fine.

Hey Rick... We never really planned to go to the Novak. At this point, we're just getting into doing testing with the new Tekin software for 13.5 and getting some track time with Mod for Snowbirds. We have a lot to learn with all this wonderful HP.
