hey guys,
the front one-way on my MSX isn't as free as it use to be. I have cleaned out the bearings that sit in the front knuckles and no luck, is there anyway to clean out the one-way internal bearings?
Cheers

Why would you want to change to aluminum? The big reason for the plastic gears is that the alum pulleys wear quickly...especially in mod. The teeth become sharp and wear out your belts prematurely. I'd stick with the plastic pulleys if I were you.

quick question:
are the blue lightweight aluminium drive shafts strong enough to run in mod (Novak 4.5)? or is it better to have the steel ones?
Cheers

Thanks for the advise, as i see a wide direct pulley on the net it looks good.Wide mean one piece 16 teeth.

Honestly don't a good answer on that, as I haven't run a 4.5, but to be honest I think I'd go with steel on that one, always better to be safe than sorry, IMO....
you can run it placing it at the rear not on the front for it is not strong enough to take a serious crash but to be sure better use the steel ones both at the rear and the front
so what spring are u ppl using one carpet, rubber tires?

quick question guys,
anyone got an idea on how long the black swing shafts would last running a 4.5? And how long the derlin outdrives for the MRE spool would last..
Cheers

May I ask you what the front and center axles were you use? one way or???
I have saw many different settings for carpet but there are in double side...hard or soft...which is the best for carpet? I mean the springs and shocks...like you, you use a harder setting. But, like the upper post, he use the yellow springs...I can not get it...
