I guess you could build something resembling a spool out of a normal ball diff if you simply took the balls out and tightened it as much as possible. Don't know how good it would be though.

I'll be trying the 414WC out for the first time tonight.
Just a general question, what's the point with the double one-ways? Will there be any difference if I run with the centre shaft one-way locked and just use the front one-way?

Looking for a new or nearly new 414M2 for a reasonable price. Also willing to do 414M2 + cash for my VGC 415MS with DJ Pro rear suspension.

There is a guy here that bought the nib one about 2 months ago, he has been out practicing with it. I'll ask him if he might consider your trade.

Got your e-mail but could'nt find the time to get pictures of my 414M. Will work on it ASAP & email the pics to you & post some of it here as well. Been busy the past few days.
