I suspect he was either running the 32 bit of the beta or the 64 bit with the XP compatability VM. A native 64bit version of HotWire is going to be the best solution. Im kinda stuck with these options:
- Continue to run 32 bit with Windows 7 which is kind of a waste of a perfectly good 64 bit processor (all my other hardware is fine for 64 bit)
- Install the 64 bit and wait on HotWire or buy a netbook or something. But the netbooks are still a couple hundred dollars. Seems kind of silly for just one application
- Buy a new laptop that will allow me to run the XP compatability VM but that is even more expensive
- Patiently wait and bum hotwire off others at the track. The likely scenario.

I run Hotwire within VirtualBox that's running a stripped down (Tiny) version of XP. Total memory usage is ~150mb total.

From my understanding, the Turbo and Boost settings can only be set via a PC. Can someone please post a screen shot of the parameters that can be adjusted?

That would be a similar route as the dual boot. The XP Compatability in Windows 7 is a VM in the background but you dont have to virtually boot up a VM. The icons are on the host system start menu and things like that. It also comes with an XP license and is free so there are no additional costs for another OS.

So, the Team drivers have V200 now. When will the rest of us get it emailed out?
#5653
Yes, the team has 200. As long as they don't find any issues with it we'll release it shortly.
