Jason,
"Standard flex plates with no set screws installed"
I saw where you posted this in your set up. Standard is thick ones correct? What would thin ones do? Fairly High traction Ozite, IIC RULES with the Vette Body but we run 104mm body height and 17.5 motors.
looking for a little more steering mid corner off ?
Thanks,
Steve Crane

Are there any setups on your site or any where else for the DB10R I saw 2 and a blank sheet for the DB12R on your site but did not see any for the DB10R? (I race asphalt)
Thanks

Jason I just received my new DB10R and during the build I have run into a strange problem. When I go to mount the servo mounts to the chassis the screws bottom out in the mount before the mount is clamped to the chassis. Have you ever had this problem in the past? Is there something I am doing wrong? Am I the only person that has had this problem? It appears that the countersink in the chassis is too deep.
Any suggestions?

Jason - I tried the countersink idea but was not happy with the results. The countersink had to be cut quite a ways into the servo mount before the screw heads would grab the chassis and then there was only about 1 thread holding in the mount. I finally had to open the hole in the servo mount to a clearance hole for the 4-40 screw and put a nut on the top side. I am still a little concearned about the holding strength of the screw head considering that the head of the screw is not far from breaking through the chassis.
My only other thought is to drill and tap the servo mount for a 6-32 screw that has a larger head to see if this works better. Maybe the larger head will grab more of the chassis.
I am not sure this is the correct fix but it is my last resort to solve this problem. I was really looking forward to racing this car today but had to postpone my racing until I got this problem worked out.

Thanks for the help Jason. I will send my address to your direct e-mail account.
As far as the vette goes Yes that is a picture of my 2003 C5. I is my fifth and I have to say it is the best one I have ever had.

Hey Guys,
I wanted to let you know that i am working on making a brushless optimized rear pod that will be similar to the one on the new DB12RR. I am working on the hubs now and i will post a pic by tommorow or friday
The upgrade will consist of the upper and lower pod plate, diff hub and pod tube brace.

Jason,
Is the pod availiable for the DB12R yet?
If so how do I go about ordering it?
Also any idea on when this will be completed for the DB10R?
Thanks
