In regards to the Transponder placement rule,
1. Does it need to be behind the centerline of the axle or actually behind the wheel/tire assembly?
2. Any perticular reason for this rule as many 12th chassis are designed to accept a personal in the front of the chassis in a cut-out?
Thanks!

I think that rule is a little dated and might have been missed I will talk to mr.bill about it shortly.
