Mr. Bill,
I just called the hotel to confirm my reservation. We're still being told that check-in is still typically after 12:00 pm. For the people getting there at 8:00 am to check-in and make the first practice round, they may be sitting in the lobby for up to 4 hours.

there is no worries the problem is that some people at the hotel that you have talked for some reason don't know the drill...We have talked to the hotel manager times about this.everyone is allowed to check in at 8:00 am the MOST you will have to wait is for them to clean out your room but don't worry I will be there tuesday night,mr.bill early wed morning like 6:30 or 7 so don't worry at all.

We will post the heat board at www.indoorchamps.com on Saturday nite11-17-2007 , practice will run as they are list on the heat board, we hope to get started about 10 am Wed if every thing is ready to go at that time. Some times we do need to make changes in the heat board and if we do we will let you all know asap, we will have it on the tv in your room on channel 17 as soon as we can
