Motor Break In Help
I am currently running stock and a trinity spec motor(MUST use spec brushes as well) The question I have for you guys is what do you recommend using to dip the motors into while breaking them in. I cannot get a good answer from anyone at the track I race at and I am trying to get a little speed. Any information that you could provide me with would greatly help.

if this motor is like a silver can than do this if you like.
in water for 30 sec out of water to dry a bit stop motor and lube the bushings(if the motor has bearings dont do the water thing)
run at 1v for 30min with a fan on it like the crc one.
can you post a pic of the motor so i know what one it is this would help.

Thanks for all the replies, the motor is a rebuildable and it has bushings not bearings. It looks very similar to this motor

iv talk with alont the the guys that run street spec on oval they tweek the spring so they are stiffer and break it in for 15 minuts and never ever take the brush out till you need to cut it
the brushed ar every hard and take forever to break is
you will never get good speed from its al about gearing
