Just saw this in the for sale forum: http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...threadid=32483

Propably a really good idea for those of you who run on high traction surfaces.

They said forget the bleeding, put on the Yoke bladder cap/ rubber diaphragm. I did my R3 shocks and it was as hard as hell at the first, after bleeding it out and move the shaft up and down seems OK but during run the shocks really 'bleeds'.

I never got on well with the bleed screws either, I could never get the screw in far enough to stop them leaking during a race.
The yokomo bladder caps are much easier to deal with, and stay bone dry after a build.

I'll have to try the yok caps then. Only problem i have with that is they're blue and my cuda is red.

I know a good one who can do, i think, up to 25 pieces for around 40 -50 dollars. It depends on if he has to strip and polish the parts first which with these parts is a definate yes.

Nobody notices the blue caps cos' they are staring in wide eyed wonder at the car they are attached to
Not a problem for you though Herm as your car is blue too, just like a Scotsman on a beach

Anyway, no more North / South rivalry for now, good luck for tomorrow, show em what a cuda can really do!! I wil be looking out for the results to see how you guys go.

KO, nice car man, glad to see the old PAL driveshaft fits nicely in there too

And finally...... Where is Dave, need to find out my number to order more Orange bits for my Web!!!! You know , the piece of paper thingy that came with the Web?????

Well my Cuda is ready to rock and roll, finaly got some nice shims for the small bevel gears, so it's a little less noisey now
They'll just have to use their eyes and see my new shell to realise they need to get out of the way
I'm glad to see I've been moved around the heats from my initial placing, should be a few less slower cars in the way and a few guys in my heat are from my club so I know how to drive with them.
Going to be a very close event though, over 110 stock tourers and most seem to be ok drivers.

There's several people wondering where Dave is something odd going on
