Need more info to help
d2create;
You need to provide some more information before we can offer a recommendation.
Battery type; NiCd or NiMh?
Mah of the pack?
What type of charger do you have?
Lastly what do the charger instructions say?

The instructions just say to set these settings.
That's why I'm asking you guys.

Charge Amperage: 2A
Discharge Amperage: I wouldn't discharge NiMH's unless you plan on cycling them. If so, 5A.
Trickle Charge Amperage: I wouldn't recommend this either as NiMH's can be damaged very easily due to over charging.
Peak Detect: .02-.03V

I always charge my AA TX packs at 1 amp and get flack whenever I mention the fact.
Somewhere there is a formula to calculate charge rate based on cell capacity, but I never bothered to write it down.

popsracer, 2A's is too high for charging AA's. I charge my 1800mA NiMH AA's at .4-.5A with a peak detect of .02-.03V. For Micro packs I would charge at 2A with a peak detect of .02-.03V.

popsracer, I'm just going by what Pro-match says for charging 5 cell 1100mAH micro packs, isn't that what d2create said.
