dream job

is there any one in the world that races rc cars for a living? like they get sponsored by companies to race? you always here of Tommi Mak-something and Something Schumauker, but is there a Speedracer of RC cars?

There are actually quite a few -

Kinwald gets paid to race onroad and offroad cars. . .
Barry Baker gets paid to race. . .only onroad and AE makes him do piddly things (like answer phones) when he's not at the track. . .

There are others. Basically, if you look through a mag and see world/national champions, you can bet that they are at least partially sponsored. . .many of them are actually paid.

And, if they are AE and in Southern Cal, they very likely work at AE as part of their sponsorship. At least the big ones.
