That was a later addition to the T4'20, they must have copied an earlier prototype. Looks like Yokomo also couldn't be bothered to sort out the bulkhead clearance for proper long arms.

Real shame, Yokomo used to be one of the leaders in TC design.

Just like a bd9 with conversion kit. Disappointing.

I agree this release was rushed, may be because of the new management change right at the time of new product release.

Is it too much to ask for something a little more forward thinking/advanced? Other companies are doing the mid motor thing as well but most of them have made other major changes....Serpent (new shock configuration, suspension mounts), Schumacher(new arms, suspension mounts, diffs...), Xray (way longer arms 6mm+ I think), Awesomatix (well they are just in another league all together). Anybody else feel the same way?
The serpent, schumacher and xray T4 have copied the gizmo line of chassis I feel. The serpent and schumacher have copied the gizmo design the most. I really don't understand why this chassis was rushed and why yokomo didn't offer this in a conversion with longer arms. As the chassis game becomes more and more complex it would have been cost effective I feel to offer the midmotor conversion before the BD10 complete kit. But that just my two cents.

Why do you guys feel like this chassis was being rushed? Were you guys expecting a totally new design? All they're doing is enhancing a chassis that is already a working. No one was complaining when Xray were making small changes to the T4 every year. Yokomo is doing the right thing. Watch and see in 2020! This thread will be filling up with podium results!

Probably I'm one of the most harcore fans!. The fact is there is not enough change compared to its competitors . THAT IS A FACT . And I'm not trying to slam them for it. They had reorganization year and that's it. I will still support the brand and buy a kit but the fact is it's not the most exciting car this year.

Hey, not bad for a rushed poorly designed copy of an XRay built by all the new guys.....

Awesome. Hope they continue developing it as it was said during this race before releasing it. Waiting for it's release, hopefully will be within time before Snowbirds.
