Nah they missed it by 2 seconds due to a bad marshalling job. They were on a tq run.

Broke last night
Front drive cup not sure what happened
new lay out and the car feels the same as the last track

The suspension went/flexed enough to allow the dogbone pin to slip out of the cup at either full compression or extension. Check your shock lengths/limiters. Sometimes it looks good but a tumble can tweak it just that little bit extra. Fluke.

Same thing happened to a buddy of mine. More then likely limiters in your shocks. One good hard landing and *Snap*!

How many limiters should I be running, mine is fully built and ready to go tomorrow. Don't want to break it first time out.

With respect ot shock limiters, it also has a little to do with the eccentric bushing set up you're running. My set up is now the Tyler Vik OCRC/Reedy Race set up - meaning I'm running "middle up .5*". I'm using Avid pistons with 2mm limiting in front, 1mm in rear.

The manual says 1mm(f) & 1mm(r) and I think the V2 addendum mentions using limiters on the insde and outside of the shock to prevent the breakage you're talking about.
