Hyper TT 4wd 1/10th Truggy Thread
#3932
Yeah I'm wondering why this thread has become so quiet too. Is it because this car has been out in the market for too long (since 2010) and its design has become outdated? Or parts are no longer in production?
I checked out this truggy at my lhs yesterday and I'm thinking of getting it next week!

I have a question for you 10TT folks.
I just bought a roller and am looking for a power system on it. Ideally I'd like to go with a Tekin Pro4HD 1850 kv and run 4s. But I'm not sure if the diffs can handle that much power. Should I go to the Pro4HD in 3000 kv and stick with 3s? Or, lastly - should I maybe take a step down in power and use the Pro4 with either 1900 (4s), 2400 (4s), or 3300 (3s) kv?

was running Hobbywing SCT pro ESC with 4700kv Motor combo, so i believe the TT will be able to handle the power, was only running 2s lipo and she was FAST!!

Any advice on power systems? I'd like to stay with a Pro4 or Pro4 HD - but unsure which one. I have a Tekin RX8 Gen2 for ESC.

Hey guys! Glad to see this thread becoming active again. I just got mine 2 weeks ago, and the LHS which is also the dealer in Singapore sells the RTR version with a metal spur gear, Hobbywing 60A esc & 3900KV brushless motor, and a Savox half metal gear servo. This is an awesome truggy!

Hi guys, what do you think of this system for the Hyper TT? I intend to race on a loose clay track that is medium sized with just a straightaway about 25m. Thanks in advance!

Yes I recommend it. Handles well, tough, inexpensive and good part support in Singapore. :-)

Can someone please tell me if the hyper 10sc hop-up parts will work on the hyper tt? Steering knuckles, control arms and other various parts. Looking at purchasing a heaps of alloy parts from integy but they only have 10sc hop-up parts.
