i've had quite a few illuzion bodies and never had any issues with them. i paint a lot of them for the guys at the track as well. even the ones at the shop, i haven't seen any of the issues you describe.

We looked into it before and there didnt seem to be any type of agreement amongst the Kyosho guys as to what type of hub style they wanted. Nothing is on the drawing board any longer.

It should give you a little more clearence than the stocker.

Could you provide me with more details? What body, what thickness, any pictures of the issues youre talking about? I'll pm you my email address.

Look for JConcepts drivers Ryan Maifield and Lee Martin at the Nitro Challenge this weekend!

If youre attending Motorama, Brandon Melton and Kevin Boyle will be there representing us.

Use to run some touring car with Brandon. I'm not sure I ran my best because I was laughing so hard most of the time. And then add a few Lagers to us and it was worse.

What foams are you guys using for 4wd w/the gold Jconcepts bar codes for indoor clay? Bomb1 in rear or stock? What about front cut down rear or full? The stock inserts seem pretty decent.

Has anyone tried the Illuzion Hi Flow 8ight 2.0 body (0065) on an 8ight-E? I received one yesterday and held it up next to the stock 8ight-E body and it looks like the side flares have enough clearance to work great. It's hard to tell before it's cut but I'll be painting it in the next few days.
