A few cars at Briggs Cunningham Race in 1976 Concours. I believe the VDS on the left is Bill Jianas'.

This is a picture of Weisbaden club's RC Track in 1978-79. It's actually across the Rhine in Mainz-Kastel and out of the way a bit. I ran into a couple of Germans that were testing their car at one of the local supermart parking lots and they told me about the track. I helped throw dirt around a bit when it was being built but couldn't afford to join their club on a LT's pay.

1975 RC100 with Parma Lola 222 body (real one ran around 1971) that's a futaba stick radio in front with a home made linkage to add a parma slotcar speed control for throttle and a wheel from an RC for the steering.

My RC100 in 1975. This was a conversion kit from an RC1J and before they had the one piece aluminum front end. The radio tray had to be cut out per a template. The engine is a Veco .19 that Thorp had tuned for me.

John Thorp in the center and Gary Grossenbacher on the right. Gary was an excellent racer. He won the 74 Nationals in the Sportsman's class. He ended up working as a crew chief for Group 44 racing. I believe that's John Thorp's wife on the left.

This is a picture of Joe Sullivan on the Left and my brother Bruce on the right from 75. Joe was a ROAR regional director and also a major RC Car distributor from Texas. Bruce and I were the first RC racers in Tucson. We would drive to Phoenix to race.
