99 percent complete. Rear body post need to be installed. Going to run at first without swaybar. Most of my cars don’t have them. I either tossed by accident or weren’t included, but haven’t found the battery stops. I’ll just tape battery in. Not directed at this kit, but wish there was a better way to package them. Not to have to open 4 or 5 bags for a single step. Still undecided about what motor I’ll use. There’s no class for car in my area.

There were a lot of complaints when the change happened 6-7 months ago. But after few days it looked normal again. Some things even work better now.

XRay gearing chart. Depends on what you looking for. For mine I prefer to stay in the 90’s with spur gears. While I do race some. Most of my driving is just practice at parking lots.

One of customers son races this. He’s got a number of local sponsors. I’ve never asked about what’s involved in getting them. I’ll check next time I see him. Though he’s be mostly going to the other shop. I was about to test the Xpress. Now receiver won’t get power. Was working fine 20 minutes ago. Shut it off to try to center steering and now no power

Did a quick trim on the the body for the Xpress. It’s not perfect, didn’t think about the front shock tower height. But it’s fine for me. Just need to pick color and find screw/nut for wing.
