Points are fixed. Thank you to everyone who helped out with the races last week, and a extra special thank you to Ken and Gerry with the boards.

We will have lights this year. The new scoring system will make the day run faster.
Some rules to note: For open offroad only 2s is allowed and no short course trucks are allowed. Open offroad is open to any 1 10th scale vehicle that fits into the class description. Stock or mod motor. For 2wd Sct open motor. For 1 8th Ebuggy, there is no 6s allowed. 4x4 SCT is open to only 2s batteries, unless you are using a 8th scale motor.

Thank you for working on fixing the points. One minor thing for week 1 2wd sct, you have me and Eddie flip flopped. I finish 9th Eddie 10th. So I should have 92 and Eddie 91.

Also just a separate question for all for the classes. What positions are points be awarded to. I was under the impression that only people in A mains got points. If you are awarding points to say the top ten people when there is only 7 people in a A main and then maybe top 3 people in B main thats cool. However it seems like across the classes the points are not consistent. The are some where points are only for the top ten finishers then maybe in a different race the top 12 people then maybe another on the top 13 people. These are in races where there is a B main, not just a race where there may be 10 people in one A main and 12 people in another A main Some weeks were people made the mains but did not start 30 points were awarded, other weeks people how made the mains but did not start got 0 points.

Please know I am not trying to complain. I think everyone at Hobbytown is doing a excellent job. You guys have done alot the last couple years to improve the racing. The new scoring system, more transponders, new timing loop, new PA system, new track boards, having all of the race results and points online for everyone to see.

So maybe you could just explain how the points are being awarded. Set the ground rules and then everyone would know and it would be fair. Once you decide what positions are to get points if you need help going back through the races to make sure everyone has the correct points I would be willing to help do that if you would like help or just want someone to look it over.

We have the points under control, everyone who starts in any main receives points. I will go back and make sure they are accurate.

Thank you for explaining how the points are being awarded. With this new information I looked over the point for 2wd SCT and 4x4 SCT below is what I saw that should be corrected.

For 2wd sct week 1, you have me and Eddie flip flopped. I finish 9th Eddie 10th. So I should have 92 and Eddie 91.
Week 3 2wd sct Frank made the main but did not start he should have 30 points.

For 4x4 sct week 1 according to the post results Harry did not start the main he should have 30 points not 89.
Week 2 4x4 sct Cristian finished ahead of Griffin. Christian should have 90 points, Griffin 89.

Harry did start the main, his truck broke down before the first lap was over so the system calls it as a DNS
