Doesn't count, unless everyone's tires have hit the Ozite.

Just month to go for the next MOTIV race. Any hint of an opening date yet?

For most of us, all we need is a hint.

Considering that village probably has to do final approval. I'd lean toward December if lucky. After new more likely.

Wasn't trying to be. I've had 2 different bosses build and open business in the Chicagoland suburbs. I know how long they were delayed by village alone.
As much as these suburbs want new business to open. They make they jump hurdles to finally be able to open doors.

Since it seems an opening date has yet to be determined, would it be possible to at least provide everyone the actual race schedule, classes and rules?
I would imagine a business of this magnitude must have done a financial plan in advance to figure out what days would be most optimized for profitability to build a schedule around.
From a racers perspective this would also be very helpful for planning if you have to schedule work days n stuff like that as well as make sure they are prepared with the right tires, motors, etc. at launch.

Maybe about double digit minutes..15-20mins away But this is one of the only tracks that is in a populated area. There are plenty of restaurants, Marianos, etc all nearby.

There was talk about releasing a schedule in the next week when I was visiting a few days ago. Also if you are worried about the right tires or motors just wait till they open and buy everything onsite.

The track store is now stocked and they have any of the tires you would need to run any of the classes they offer....TC, USGT, VTA, 1/12 spec lilacs, F1, carpet offroad tires from JConcepts, Schumacher, etc.

You could pretty much show up with your cars and buy the tires you need and or motor there. Plus I would recommend to everyone buying what you can at WCRC when possible. Support your local track and it will be there for you to play toy car racing
