Anyone drive up from the Southside of Chicago?

Just wondering what's faster on a Weds...55 all the way to Arsenal Road or 57 > 80 > Arsenal Rd.

Either way should work, traffic on Weds night isn't bad around here.

If you are by 90/94 I would think to take that south to 294 to 80 to 53 or maple st.

I drive in from downtown Chicago and it takes nearly two hours on 55. I literally leave between 3:15-3:30 and I don't walk into Leisure till 5:30. 55 is pretty much backed up till the 294 junction. Then once I'm passed there it opens up, but can still be backed up.

what's frustrating is that there is never a wreck or anything. Just a bunch of people who can't drive all trying to go in the same direction... lol

If someone knows a faster way, definitely let me know.

ok thanks.

Fak I can get there faster from my darn house up North. I'm basically coming from Comisky Park so I could hit 55 or go South down 94. hmmmmm

Hopefully at least 1 other Blinky buggy to make the drive worth it LOL

I would take the Dan Ryan to 57 south and then to 80 west. It may be a few more miles than 55 but you should be moving pretty good. If I lived by Comiskey, I would go that way hands down. Screw 55. Its like a parking lot starting at 2 PM.
