Strictly R/C 2012 Outdoor Racing Season
Hello Everyone,
Here is our new thread for the 2012 outdoor ashalt racing season.
Our track is a large sized track, I dont know the exact size but here is a video for your refrence.
Since that video the racing surface has been resealed.
We will be racing on Sundays and alternaiting racing every other week as Harbor Hobbies will be racing on our off days and we will be racing on their off days.
We use R/C Scoring pro and AMB transponders/racing system.
The track is made with 2x4 8 foot sections of wood and wrapped with plastic flaps and bumpers so it is less likely to break your car on a hard crash.
When you come to strictly usually you would want to bring a table, chair, an extention chord, and something to hide under the sun with. Pop-Ups or umbrellas are a racers best freind on a 90 degree day.
CLASSES..... 17.5 blinky TC, VTA (25.5), USGT 21.5 running on Solaris spoked spec tires, 21.5 MINI on Tamiya pre mounts, 21.5 F1 190mm max and rubber tires.
Racing will start as soon as the weather permits it.
Our first day out we will have a test and tune day were you can come out set up your car as we set up the track and scoring system. (date will be relased in a later time.)
A racing schedual will be put up soon.
Hope to see a great turnout for the 2012 season here at Strictly RC.
