Get off I-55 at Arsenal Road, head east on Arsenal to the new BIG 8 lane intersection/stop light at the Intermodal sign (can't remember the name of the street), turn left (North) go straight at the stop sign, you will be on Vetter Road. Take Vetter to the end. At the end of Vetter Road take a left and the track will be on the left.

hello,
i'm new here and had a few questions about the nitro championship. I was thinking about driving down to spectate, but with the forecast for 4-7 inches of snow i'm leary. Do you think the weather will cause lack of racers? Are you guys expecting a big turnout? how many racers usually show up for this kind of event? which day do you think would have the best racing?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
thanks!

the mains are on sunday, racing with pit stops = always a good show.
i hear racers are coming from, oh,in,mi,mo,ia,wi,ne and IL.
racers will travel, deal with bad weather, no money, to compete at a good event. the il indoor nitro championships is a great race AND we get to race with MR. MELLOW!
