Default Tracks near DeKalb, IL

I've been looking around for tracks in the DeKalb area. I know that Leisure Hours is relatively close and I'll be sure to head out there next summer. I'm mainly looking for a place to do indoor carpet racing this winter.

Any suggestions on where I should look or where the nearest track may be? Thanks!

Nothing is close for carpet indoors. The Track at Harbor Hobbies in Winthrop Harbor or Cheese City Extreme in Monroe, Wisconsin.I went with JKach to Winthrop Harbor last Friday for carpet sct racing had a good time the drive blows!!! We are going to try Cheese City Extreme soon. Were headed to Trackside for indoor dirt offroad racing this Saturday will be first time going there.

Brent, I live in Sterling and for carpet racing, TC or oval, I go to TwinBridgesRC in Eldridge, IA. Its just 10 minutes over the border. The drive is real easy and the guys there are real nice. They don't race every weekend but we are racing this Sunday the 29th. Here's there website: http://www.twinbridgesrc.com/.

Monroe is another great place out this way but I haven't been up yet this season so I don't know how big the TC crowd is. It was pretty slim last year.

No chance it is now an office trailer manufacturers office and storage area. My brother and I wired part of their facility.

If I can find someone with a building that is not bypoler or doesn't want a small fortune I would like to start a place.
