Default ProStar Racing

No racing next Wed. We start the second points series Jan 3. For those of you interested, the 4 cell oval racing will feature 19 turn motors this time. So there. Have a happy holiday.

So who's in for some fun Wednesday night racing with the Prostar Club at Victory Hobbies?

Who's racing what classes?

Quinn is super excited to get his Gen X on the track and I'll probably wheel the rubber sedan again.

Just an FYI... the shop and track will be open at 3PM on Wednesday for anyone that wants to come down and turn some practice laps.

See you then! Brian

Well I talked to Chuck this morning... sounds like practice night was a success! Got a road course layout set that doesn't require pulling up the ice for the oval track and the changeover was taking about 3 minutes.

Next week is the first week of points!

Just an FYI for anyone not familiar with Prostar Racing here in Green Bay. they run both an oval and a road course program on the same evening. They have been doing this for many years and are very efficient at changing the track over between rounds. You don't need to be a club member to race on Wednesday nights.

So anyone interested in stock rubber touring car and 12th scale road course and/or carpet oval racing with both pan cars, touring chassis, stampedes or trucks the doors open at 3PM and racing starts at 7PM every Wednesday night.

Thanks! Brian

The brushless sedans are running Nascar bodies on the oval.

Why dont you run 5 cell brushless with the stock sedans. Lower weight obviously but its about even on the track i think.

Do Old guys get an exemption from this rule?

No problem, Skip. Just don't win every week.
