Remaining race dates for DFRCR:

Added race dates in March because our building became available.

Saturday March 17 (added), Sunday March 25, Saturday March 31.

Wednesday March 14 (added), March 21, March 28.

We will also be racing every Wednesday in April, May and June. Please continue to watch this thread for any changes as our website, while operating, will not be changed for the time being.

I just wanted to thank the silvas guys that came tonight and raced with us.
It was really good to talk to you and fun to watch you race. I am not in your class but it is still fun to watch you run.

Just returned from Vinton and I'm looking forward to next Sunday. That will be your last Sunday race?

I did hear you are looking at racing one Saturday afternoon a month through June? I spread the word to the Monroe guys that were at Vinton and they are interested.

Yes this will be our last sunday race,as far as I know,at least for this season.
We will be running every wed. thru April,may and up to june 13. Except april 11.
We will know more about the Sat. races this Sun. coming up.

Hi Mike - We are still not sure of the Saturday races, will be discussing tonight at the track. One thing we are sure of is that if they happen, they will be as early in the day as possible - the schedule will be more like our Sunday races. Open about 8, first race by 10:30, last round will start no later than 4:00 pm and hopefully earlier. Several of our partners have full scale racing responsibilities later in the day.

We have also been discussing a six week series that will alternate with Twin Bridges Raceway in Bettendorf, IA (about another 90 minutes south of DBQ), three races at each track.

The series races would alternate with our possible Saturday races, a total of six races over 3 months. All still in the talking phase right now.

It doesn,t look like there was enough interest in the Saturday summer races,but we will be racing on Wednesday,s through June 13 except on April11.

With the weather being more like winter, instead of spring, and Sunday being EASTER... Twin Bridges R/C is inviting YOU to come on down or up to do some racin Saturday 4/07/07. Doors open 3:00 Racin 6:00 done 11:00?
