I love them both. But Spider-man wins because he has it harder:
Peter Parker had both his parents and his uncle murdered. That trumps Bruce Wayne's two dead parents.
Parker's villains actually have super-powers! Fight the scorpion once and then tell me you would rather face him instead of dealing with a weak character like the scare-crow.
And the trump-card, PARKER HAS TO WORK FOR A LIVING! He doesn't have time to master all fighting-styles like Bruce did.
Overall, I like Spider-man more.
