MR4TC custom or pro (not sure) from circa 2002. cant fit a big enough pinion or find the non-existent spur's to make it competitive in 21.5, but the thing handles like its on rails and is still fun to take to the track and practice. Ill have Lipos for it next week (and a new car to actually race with lol)

I rebuilt the car from the bottom up, sitting in a garage for 10 years did not do it any favors, but she is smooth as butter now.

also it has a later MR4TC LCG chassis on it.

XXX-S. Still doing its thing in VTA. I'll have to get some batteries for my camera and try to take some decent pics instead of this one taken from my cell phone. Think I spent more on MF and IRS parts than I actually paid for the roller some years back. This car is so easy to live with I can't let go of it... and I stocked up on belts a while back so I don't think I should have any issues keeping it rolling.

Finished most of the wiring minus the RX antenna. Still deciding what motor I want installed. hopefully it can keep up with more modern cars. Still hunting for option/stock parts before I start racing this car.

If this kit is offered again by Losi, I would buy it without thinking...

This thread is like the MILF of RC touring. You know, old but still useable and sometimes better.

I think exotek also offers a conversion for the Ofna. Looks really nice.

My two pro4's run great. (pics to come later after complete rebuilds). HPI would do really well to re-release these especially for VTA/USGT. They already corner the market for bodies, wheels, and tires. All they would need is to update the battery hold down to accept lipo's. But it woukd be real cool if they updated the chassis, shocks, shock towers, made gear diffs. In the lower powered classes this thing would be unstopable.

most of your breakable parts an tuning parts can be scavenged from the cyclone, tcx, or tcxx cars. Shocks are interchangable as are hubs, spindles, toe blocks, body post and bumpers. I have also been searching for parts for a while. Found some on ebay and suprisingly amazon had some too.

I am always in the market for a pro4 if anybody wants to let one go.

I still run an XRay T2-009. Not sure if that can be considered old but its still competitive. I'm talking mainly about the car and not the driver.

If any of you Kawada guys are interested, I have a Sigma II roller available for sale.

All this Pro 4 talk reminded me of a project I did for a local racer. I updated an Exotek Pro 4 with a TCX steering rack and slammed the top deck down.

Lots of machining involved but fun, and it sure got some looks!
