Troopermaniac

So I have this Mugen Seiki 495 K2-X and I was lucky to find brand new rims to replace the old cracked up ones but the problem is I have no idea about where to find tires that can fit this thing or even how to install them. I figured id find a few old racers here who could give me a few pointers.
