No not at all. However, it may be a good place to get some weekday racing in.

Default KYOSHO MINI INFERNO

Thought I'd offer this here first before I put it in the forsale section.

KYOSHO MINI INFERNO
I have a basically brand new one.
I've ran it twice. No joke.
I have the blue and white one.
I've added KYOSHO oil-filled shocks, KYOSHO ball bearing kit, and a IB1200 NIMH 8 cell battery pack with deans connector.

Here's what I have in it moneywise:

MINI INFERNO $184.95 + $7.99 shipping
KYOSHO OIL SHOCKS $29.99 per pair (2 pair needed)
KYOSHO BEARINGS $19.99
IB1200 8 cell pack / deans $29.99 + $3.50 shipping

Total spent $306.40

I can get you a detail pic if your interested. Best price I can do would be $240 which would include shipping! I can do paypal also. Let me know if your interested. I have sold many items on rctech and have great feedback. This deal would save you basically $70 vs a new setup. However, like I said this car has just 2 runs on it. I also have all the original packaging, instructions, ect just as it came out of the box.

Well I bougth the GTB and a 5800 motor. The GTB was bad out of the box. I had to send it back to Novak to be fix. Sucked to spend almost $250 and for it not to work. It seems the brushless controllers quality is not as good as a normal brushed ESC.

I checked into a LRP before the GTB. It seems I found guys with problems with the LRP. So that is why I went with Novak.

Good luck on getting one that works out of the box.

Thanks dodgeguy, I read the whole thread on the NOVAK Brushless system. Seems there were a few that had problems just as you've described. There's always gonna be a few with some sort of defects because of premature failure of faulty electronic components. I quess what I should have asked was how does it perform on the track? That's what I'm really looking for.

Well I have also asked about how does it perform. I asked a fellow that has both. The Novak seems to have more punch and drag brake than the Sphere. But the Sphere comp will probably be similar.

I will be at the track the weekend of the 30th. I hope to meet some of you guys.

Isn't the 26th on a Monday? I don't think the track is ever open on Monday's!
