there used to be one in Jax, but it closed.

look here for a comprehensive look at the carolinas. Along with Cali and maybe Texas and Ohio we have some of the best tracks in the country!

If you live in Jacksonville then youre near wilmington. I heard of a new track in Scotts hill that opened last year. I thinks its off highway 17. I havent been there yet but plan to go. Its on highway 17 witch goes straigt to Jacksonville so I think it would be a close drive for you too.

Jacksonville is like a 45 minute drive from wilmington so I guess swansboro is another 45 minutes on top of that.

Well, all I see is Offroad - which is great!

Is there any Nitro touring or 1/8 Scale On road in NC?

When are you coming to NC? I actually work at Duke. There isn't really a 1/8 scale class but there is Nitro touring, between Rosewood in Goldsboro and Durham. I went to a track a few weeks ago in Richmond, VA that runs 1/8th and that is about a 2 hour Drive from Durham.

I'll be coming down the end of July (leavin 23rd) definitely and maybe once or twice before that. I figured I would race down there because in PA there are'nt many tracks.
