Please be sure that when you come down to the track today and tomorrow to be mindful of others. We have 10 large tables on site and well over a hundred racers, so please try to minimize your working area to accommodate others.
If your car sets a tire on our track, you must pay for practice. Please pay for your practice promptly and always wear a track wristband so we know you have paid... Yes, this means YOU!
Be sure you bring an EZ-UP, sunscreen and bug repellent.

Current World Champion + 3 time National Champion Ryan Cavalieri will be at the Chula Vista RC Racing Club today preparing for the JBRL event tomorrow.
The track layout and facility has been well received. We look forward to having Ryan and every other participant and spectator at our facility.
Come on down and listen to the sounds of Dave Matthews Band tonight as well.
CVRC opens at 12pm and will close at 9.

Today is the day everyone! Come on down! If you get lost, obtain directions to either the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater or Knott's Soak City water park and you will find us just before these two venues.

I had a great time at the race yesterday. All of us club members felt that it was a huge success. Thanks to all that helped out and did all the work prior and during the event. Some did not even race, and they were there all day working. All of this is on a volunteer basis for the love of the hobby. As TTN said, we put heart into this track and facility. Everyone I talked to loved the track.
If anyone has any ideas on our track and facility, LMK. We all took some notes on our weak areas and will be discussed in the near future. We know of several areas that need attention, so that being said, we are not done improving the track, it's only the beginning.
Thanks to Jimmy Babcock, JBRL crew, and all of there sponsors for allowing us to host this round of the series. We would love to have it back next year.

Great job to the club and track, the JBRL round 6 was really great. Such a nice facility and the San Diego weather and ocean breeze is perfect! The track surface is awesome. There was so much traction in the driving line during the last race, really cool. We will be down again before leaving for Argentina! I have to say that with the club getting their first taste of a bigger event like this, it's pretty obvious they can handle it and handle it well... see you soon..

New smoking rules effective immediately. Smoking only in designated area only. If that doesn't help control all the cigarette butts on the ground, then there will no smoking at the track at all.

Tech Rookie
I just got into the RC car scene and live in Eastlake. I was stoked to come across a track in my neck of the woods. The track looks sick and I look forward to coming out there soon.
