Hello Guys i would like to introduce to you Exeter Hobbies & its Indoor Racing Facilities

Need parts for your current R/C? Exeter Hobbies has 'em. Service and modifications? Yep, we do that too. Looking for the perfect gift? With a large selection of cars, trucks, planes, trains and helicopters in stock, Exeter Hobbies is your one stop shop. Open Monday thru Friday - 8:00am to 6:30pm Open Saturday - 10:00am to 5:00pm Our current race schedule is Tuesday and Friday nights. Racing starts at 6:30 The racing surface is Hard packed clay to provide excellent traction no matter what tires you are running! Some of the tire preferences are Pro-line Suburbs, Pro-line Hole shots, and AKA Rebar We are using AMB/MyLaps transponders to accurately keep track of the racing. As of now we have no handout transponders, you must bring your own, however we have AMB/Mylaps transponders for sale in the hobby shop if you decide to buy one. There is no need to bring your own Generator or pit table as we have several pit tables set up and tons of power stations for charging purposes. (Keep in mind first come first serve) We also have an air compressor and a restroom on sight for your needs. The drivers stand is spacey with Wheelchair accessibility. Some of our classes we offer include - Rookie/Pro 4 Short Course - Rookie/Pro 2 Short Course - 13.5 1/10 2WD Buggy - 17.5 1/10 2WD Buggy - Mod 1/10 2WD Buggy - Mod 1/10 4WD Buggy - Mod 1/10 4WD Truggy - 13.5 1/10 2WD Stadium Truck - 17.5 1/10 2WD Stadium Truck - Mod 1/10 2WD Stadium Truck - OPEN 1/8 Electric Happen to break a part while racing? Not a problem we have a large wall for many makes and models of RC, such as the SC10, T4, B4, SC10 4x4, Ten-SCTE, 22B, XXX-SCT, And many more!! Well guys our first race on the new layout will be tomorrow (Tuesday night) race starting at 6:30 Pm. Should be a fun race. Here are a few more pics of the updated progress. I will add more when we get it completely finished.

We are normally open til 8:00 PM or later on Fridays it all depends on how many people show up for late night practice, Call ahead just to make sure we will be open late enough.

We are getting confirmation from different companies who want to help support the Exeter Fall Classic. The first of boxes to arrive is RPM's box. They offered up some products for giveaways etc. We thank them for their suppor of our event and I am sure our racers will be happy with anything RPM! So no racing next Tuesday..and one day of practice (maybe)..:rolleyes:..it use to take the old zero-n-4 hobbies 2 days to do a new track layout and have it ready to race on..why 9 days ?

Hey guys Mark and i talked a bit over the weekend and we got a few more details ironed out for the Toys For Tots race next weekend. The track and registration opens At 8:00 AM, Registration will end at 10:30AM we will have a drivers meeting at 10:45 AM and begin racing at 11:00 AM. 3 Drivers make a class. All proceeds will go to The Marines Toys For Tots Foundation Entry Fee: $10.00 Per racer AND a Toy (New, Unwrapped of any value) Second Class is $5.00 We will have Free Pizza Courtesy of Exeter Hobbies 104.1 FM Will be doing a live Broadcast outside We will have Giveways - Raffles and So much More There will also be awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, in each Class. any clay compound tire should work good.. I run buggy class and im running V2 Barcodes, but guys are running panthers, prolines, jconcepts..
This place is a blast, you should definitely make your way here sometime.. Zack Rogers was here last weekend laying the smack down in the buggy classes. i really enjoyed my time at this track. anyone in the area willing to drive this track has great people working there as well as friendly people racing. untill rain mans opens a new track here in bako this will be my goto track.
