The Vertigo track in Alvin has closed down. It has reopened with new name ,new management and new ideas under Ultimate RC. Still is located in the same quiet safe location . I was just there today and the track was great firm with an little bit of loose stuff. If you haven't been out there lately then do yourself an favor and check it out for yourself. I have heard all of the rumors. The track is great and they are in the process of building an new smaller track for race days so others can still drive and have fun. I even saw an dirt oval not that I have ever driven on one but I am looking forward to trying.
