ATTENTION RACERS:
We went to the track today to do some maintenance before tomorrow and they had a storm and flash flooding in the park yesterday. The track is completely flooded and we will not be open this weekend.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

SERIES SPONSORS and FLYER coming soon.
Here are the details of the series:
ARC Raceway Presents the 2011 Snowman Series
The 2011 Snowman Series is a four (4) race point’s series in which racers will accumulate points according to their finishing position, in the main event, on the selected race dates.
Race 1 – December 17th
Race 2 – January 7th
Race 3 – January 21st
Race 4 – February 4th final
Gates will open at 7:00am
Sign-ups close at 9:00am
Practice closes at 9:45am
Racing Starts at 10:00am
Entry Fee $25.00
There will be one (1) throw out allowed for racers who miss a point’s night or have a poor finish which they do not want to add to their point’s total. So three (3) races will count towards the series point’s total and the following is how the points will work for each individual Spring Shootout Series point’s night. The first place finisher in each class on each series point’s night will receive 100 points for that night. For each position under that minus one (-1) point from the upper position:
Finishing Position Points
First 100
Second 99
Third 98
Fourth 97 and so on
The TQ / Top Qualifier for each class will also receive one (1) bonus point for that night. Adding excitement to qualifying and possibly making the difference in winning the series!
So theoretically on a series point’s race night a racer could TQ his class and finish first place in the main event which would award him 101 points for that night.
At the end of the series if there is a tie in point’s we will use the following format for a tie breaker:
Step One: The most amount of wins
Step Two: The most TQ’s
Step Three: The driver with a better qualifying time on the day of the final - Race 4
Classes are as follows and determination of a skill level change is at the discretion of ARC Raceways Race Director only.
Nitro:
Sportsman 1/8 Buggy
Expert 1/8 Buggy
Pro 1/8 Buggy+
