I just need to learn how to drive it and not be so tentative with it. After I have been on the track a bit with it I start to get the feel of it and run it pretty well.

I didn't have any time to practice with it yesterday. I spent the first two hours replacing the transmission in my SC10.

I think I'm selling my factory team SC10, I wanna get me a scb losi that thing looks like a blast to drive! I'm just not into the 2 wheel sct anymore. It's a shame cause I got it dialed in great too. It corners on rails

Yup, another good night of racing this past Sunday.

That A group of short course seemed like was definitely hard on the equipment.

Can't wait to get back out there in a couple weeks.

Gonna head out to the track today. Hopefully I have my SC10 squared away. New Castle SCT system in it and I am going to try a ball diff. First few times on the track may be all about tuning. Cross my fingers and hope this works. Thought maybe going to a ball diff might keep me from buying a new gear diff every week!

Hope we have a good crowd this weekend. I actually have two classes of trucks running at the same time (Unless I break my SCT at work today since I brought it to play with on my off time)!

I"m looking for a new place to start racing again, since the dirt bowl closed..

Whats more popular 4wd or 2wd sct?? I'd rather build a 4wd, but dont want to get stuck not being able to race.

Do you need a transponder to race?

Whats the scheduled?

Race on Sunday, track opens at 3, racing at 5. Run Motocross style- qualifying if enough trucks, then two 25 lap motos. 2wd is definitely most popular. There were 17 or 18 trucks last night in that class. 4wd is usually pretty small but will be bigger this winter I think. No transponders, has some other scoring system, but it works well. Also usually have a pretty good turnout for open wheel which ends up being a mix of Stadium Trucks, Buggies, and the occasional SCB.

Always at least two or three for 4wd.

Hope to see you there, CarFanatic. 4wd is slowly gaining some participants. Sunday night we had 3. And as stated before, about 17 2wd.

Come on out. It's a fun track with good people! Track layout may be changing soon. Needs a little TLC and maybe a change of pace.

For anyone else reading this, they will be having an RC garage sale/swap meet Sunday August 21. Doors will open at 1:00 instead of 3:00. Track will be open for practice at that time, too. $5 to participate in the swap meet. I believe Colerain Hobbies will be showing up with stuff, as well. If you have stuff you're not using any more, this could be a good way to unload it. And who knows, maybe you'll acquire more junk in the process! Remember, one man's junk is another man's treasure!
