In oval there is more of a difference because of the higher speeds. No stop and go action like in the road course. Here is still a difference with the road course, but over the length of the race its not as significant.

Hey Andy if you could give me a crash course in RC Scoring Pro so I could at least start and finish a race I'd be glad to help out and call a few races.

Hey matt its simple, litterally a start button, its getting everyone registered thats the hard part.
On another note, you were worried about people running boost and other things, but you ran the fastest lap of the night. Literally you ran faster than my truck dans truck all the mod buggies, everything. How you managed to go that fast is beyond me, but you did.

Unfortunately that only happened because I was pushing the truck way too hard and only focusing on what the limits were during that heat. With the right equipment I could run those laps consistently, but my avg laps were like 13.4's I think. My truck is so beat up and worn out that I think I might switch over to short course for a while - it's so much fun and I miss running it already!

... Ok doesnt quite make sense to me, pushing the limits to get a 12.7 lap time should be the same no matter what equiptment you have. Avg has to deal with the total, so a few wrecks will screw your avg over. I know i am on the edge out there everylap to get good times...
Anyways if we need help we will let you know.
Sc is fun though, gotta switch it up to keep things fresh out there. You gonna run mod or stock?

Probably mod just because that's what's in it now and it's the biggest sc class.

What I meant that was my clean heats were like 13.4 avg - that fast lap was a fluke because I was pushing it way too hard and got lucky on one lap. I'd much rather run 13.0's the whole race rather than some 12.7's and some 13.5's.

Oh ok still though ill take a 12.7 fluke anyday. Modd corr seems to be the bigger class out of the two.

What gets a better turnout, the mini sliders or mini late model on Sunday? Been looking at them on the Losi site. I'll be out next Sunday with my son to get some racing in.

you don't want the mini slider. they are junk , if you want a sprint car get the new mini sprint they are a better car.
