Vacaville, CA NUT TREE ???
Rumor has it there is a new on road track in Vacaville at the Nut tree...? Can anyone verify this. It's an hour drive and I don't want to drive out there for nothing. Sorry but I didn't catch a company name, just the general location.....

I guess I was just hoping someone in the Vacaville area heard about any racing going on at the Nut Tree....? Maybe someone could provide a name or phone #......Or maybe I'll just drive out there and check it out when I get some time.

There's this literally brand new abandoned track (crazy?!!), they basically made it, then threw it away!!!, in Vacaville at the former Nut Tree (it got torn down) restaurant. That's right off of I-80 next to the Vacaville Airport and across the freeway from the factory outlet center. I've seen people running cars on the track. It's permanent, it has painted lanes with green nontrack areas and it (could if they were really open) uses AMBrc hardware. But why was it abandoned????????

I have been to the track at the Nut Tree. It is true. It's located next to the Thunderbird's stadium. I have yet to see anyone there. Close to the area is the local hobby store. Hobby City. They may have some info. You can get theor email from their home page at hobbycityonline.com. Hope this is some help.
