Cool New Track

Hey everyone, I was just throwing around an idea to open a track on my property in Pueblo Colorado, I have around 550 square acres that i can play around with and was wondering if i opened one would anyone come to and use it. And if you have any ideas on track layouts please let me know. thanks Derek
