Dude, I went outside to smoke and got a sunburn. You should tell the wife that the track is much "cooler" than Disneyland and it would make sense to go there instead.

yea i know i havent even taken a smoke break today cause its so hot.

I bought a 6 dollar rc airplane from hobby people today. Been flying it around the office its pretty cool.

Nah I am seating in a chair at laguna beach right now with my canadian friends so no I won't make it today but I will be there tomorrow night

So i stopped by LRH Saturday with my buddy Victor, who I'm trying to convince he should dive into the world of R/Cs. I stopped by b/c I wanted some paints and basic shop supplies - lubes, cleaners, scissors, etc etc.

I got to meet Raul -- very helpful and laid back, just like Lorenzo. Speaking of Lorenzo, I'm not sure I've met a more helpful R/C guy. The man just spends time helping and being available to others -- it's a wonder how he actually gets his own track time.

Anyway, Lorenzo gave me a good deal on a nice Iwata HP-CS airbrush + some paints, and will be back for a few more paints and odds & ends to help fill out my setup at home.

Hope to see you guys soon, but before I can, I've got a housefull of mitre cuts to make for molding/trim

PS I am a complete airbrush newbie...so, does anyone have a good online airbrush tutorial, and, can you recommend where to buy a good hose?
