Hey Guys,

We will be expanding our circuit races by adding a few more big races (Lowe's at Chino Hills again, and a few more) as well as bi-weekly club races. We are in the works of adding a NEW location to be run every other saturday on top of La Mirada's 2nd Sunday program. Now, with that said, LETS GO RACING!!!!

Wow, that looks like a really smooth track. I'm going to have to make it up there for a few practice runs before the big race.

Enduro Rules
Ok guys...Seems like this is what we are looking at for rules.

3 member teams, 10 teams total.
3 classes
1 5 min. session for qualifying, fastest single lap counted for Pole.
45 min. enduro
3 classes:Mod(any turn), 19t, and Stock
*No brushless motors.
*Any batteries(6 cell)
1 car per team
Team Members responsible for turnmarshalling(mandatory)
Min. of 1 batterypack or 6 min/ driver. max. 15 min./driver.
Sign-ups for Enduro MUST be entered BY Sept. 12,2003

I think if we run this at the End of the day, we will run into less problems with racers not participating in the Enduro wanting to practice on the track.

*Motor choice will be drawn via Lottery on 9/13/03 AND will be posted that same night.
**4 classes of Mod,3 classes of 19t,3 classes of stock.

Hey guys, it was requested that the Enduro be run at the end of the day instead of the beginning. Teams Only Vote please.

Enduro Time Change/ Don't Do That.
 

I was at So Cal last night and it was discused that enduro racing would start at 8:30 per your flyer notes. IF you change is there will be some people who will not get the message and be PISSED that they got there at 5am to race the Enduro and now they have to wait until 3pm to race.

Changing directions in the middle of the race? Could cause some serious attitude problems.

Point well taken BC.:)

To all who showed up today, i want to personally thank you for supporting our race! We have had SO many new faces i thought i was at a new track! Everyone was a class act, very sportsman-like driving, exciting finishes, and most of all, GREAT PEOPLE!

With out you guys and gals, we wouldn't have such a great time not only racing, but hanging out together on the track!

i especiallly want to thank ian and Chris for helping set up the track, Raffel for helping clean up the dusties, Mike for the generator, Steve with assistiing with putting the track away, Our COOKY Co-Announcers Jared and Hazmat(the Kevin and Bean of RC), and last but not least, Angie for helping with everything else!

For the Enduro, what can i say?? I think two words..."Total Success"! I wanted to personally thank Jose Molina(who just got married btw) and Sean Poppoff to help organize and plan the enduro. I also wanted to than all the teams who participated in some AWESOME Racing!! Thankyou Teams Competition X,Bottom Feeder,Taob-A, Taob-B,X-Velocity, Team Heat, and CKS for making the race day go well! Special thanks to Rc Johnny for the videos!

All in all, a good day with lots of heats heats ran rather quickly to my surprize.
I will be looking forward to seeing you all next month!

We will be filming some of you racers at the Oct. 12 La Mirada race for the warm-up of the Toyota/Lexus challenge. We have interviews as well as commentary for you Toyota/Lexus Cup challengers! We will be filming all day!
