I dont want to get involved, but I have been racing at Altoona pretty much all year and as far as I know there has never been any house transponders there. Everyone that races there is required to have a personal, just my observation.

Let me set the record straight on a few things.

1. To the members of the Altoona Raceway. I apologize for not returning calls or texts. I have been working 16 and 18 hour days, with additional time spent in transit. By the time I get done for the day, I usually fall asleep sitting up.

Not that this is the place to discuss this, but here is the deal. I got laid off from my construction job, going on 3 months ago. I have been applying everywhere for work and taking any jobs I can. When you go from 16$ an hour to nothing, it begins to wear on you. I have been working 8$ an hour jobs, which means working twice as long for the same pay. My family and my personal bills will always be my first priority. I hope you all understand.

2. Racing will be every sunday unless you read here that it has been cancelled or scheduled off in advance. Same start time every week. 1 PM.

3. And finally. The TRANSPONDER dilemma. Open forum is certainly not the place to discuss this. Bill, you have not left a message on my phone for like 2 weeks, nor has your number appeared as a missed call. If I havent posted on this thread, I havent been online. You can even do a search on this site for me to see current activity from me. Today is the first I have been online since 2 sundays ago.

Now, for everyone watching this thread. Bill contacted me over the winter about replacing batteries in 6 of his house transponders. Which I did. I received payment and sent them back to him. He is still currently using them.

3 1/2 months ago, he sent 3 more, then an envelope with 1 more in. I replaced the batteries in them and awaited payment.

NO PAYMENT RECEIVED FOR MY SERVICES, AS OF 8/26/2010

Would you send product without payment? No you wouldn't, you would rather come on a track thread and act 5 yrs old. For having 47 feedback on this site, I never thought payment would have been an issue.

By quoting AMB's website, is also a feeble attempt at making yourself look better. You are correct, NEW house transponders are 150$. Your transponders were not new, hell, they didnt even hold a charge when you sent them to me. 3 of them had already had the battery replaced once before, which means they were at the very least, 2 to 3 yrs old.

Bashing our thread is childish, calling me a thief is ridiculous, threatening to "COME" up here is junior high school stuff. This, after you havent even sent payment for my services.

My members have notified the MOD's of this site. I refuse to discuss this, from this point on, in open forum.

See everyone sunday. In case I do not get a chance to get back online before then.

WOULD YOU LIKE FOR ME TO POST OUR PM'S CONCERNING THIS ISSUE ROB??
I CAN!!
DO YOU HAVE OUR TRANSPONDERS OR WERE THEY "LOST' IN THE MAIL AS YOU HAVE CLAIMED??
AND THE INSURANCE CHECK FROM THE USPS THAT ALSO WAS "LOST' DO YOU HAVE THAT??

I HAVE PMed YOU TWICE WITH MY PERSONAL CELL PH NUMBER FOR EXCHANGE OF THIS EXACT INFORMATION, WHY WOULD I CALL & LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE WHEN YOU NEVER RETURNED THE LAST

USE WHATEVER EXCUSE YOU WANT TO ROB
EITHER CONFIRM YOU HAVE OUR REPAIRED TRANSPONDERS
OR THE CHECK FOR THE "LOST" TRANSPONDERS
WHICH IS IT??

AS FAR AS USED OR NEW TRANSPONDERS WE WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THE ONES YOU "LOST" OR HAVE

WOULD YOU LIKE FOR ME TO SEEK LEGAL COUNCIL??
IT SEEMS THAT IS MY ONLY ALTERNATIVE
YOU MAY BE DONE BUT I AIN'T

Isaac, I apologize for not making it to LCRC. I worked 14 hours friday, went home for 2 hours and worked an additional 8 hours thru the night into Saturday morning. I fell asleep and woke up at 3 that afternoon, only to head to work at 4 pm.

You should have received them days ago. I will certainly check into it on my end. Keep me posted if they arrive tomorrow. I will let you know what I find out ASAP.

I wish a USA company handled them. It wouldnt have to go through customs and delay shipments. I have found only two providers of the batteries, both are other countries.

The article you are in violation of is harassment. When you click that little triangle to the left of everyones posts, it states the reasons that you can report a post to a moderator on. Eventually someone will step in and ask you to refrain from your personal attacks after enough of us keep hitting that button.

$130 is fine, if you have any problems with the batteries for 12 months. Let me know.

Thank you Bill.
