LOL, the man speaks truth!

BTW, Aaron, I did end up traveling this week (Chicago), but I didn't make it out to your old stomping ground in SLC. Which is a shame since I like it out there. Atlanta next week. But I'll be back in time for F1 at COTA!!!!!!!

Great weekend guys... finnally the weather held out for us. I wanted to thank the guys at Mikes in Porter for everthing, the nitro guys for letting us join in with them... and Cristian for sticking it out and making sure we had a great finish to the 1st annual EOS series for Texas. I would like to say thank you to Jeremy and the team at Gulf Coast for a great prepped track and facility! Saturday nights track condition was the very best traction I have raced on there!!!

Thanks also too Christian and Chris for putting the TEOS series together! Lastly thanks to all the sponsors that donated ask the great prizes. I can't complain after winning four items :-)

It was a great weekend of racing; i missed seeing the majority of the Dallas crew there... next year.

Going to throw an idea out here. I thought that having all of the onroad classes, electric and nitro, out racing at the recent Gulf Coast Gran Prix in Porter, made for a great race weekend. Have the organizers of the Texas EOS and SWCS considered having more joint electric and nitro combined races? For example, perhaps having a combined race in the spring time to start the racing season, and then ending the racing season with the Gulf Coast Gran Prix. Each series would have their own schedules during the year, but would have a combined race in the spring and then again in the fall. Just a thought.

Brian, yes that is in the works. I think that we are going to organize the EOS to where maybe it is combined with the Gulfcoast grand prix.

We will look at combining with the SWCS as well, but there are several items to iron out. Mainly the locations. I discussed some of it with Bob Ingersoll about possible scenarios on combined races. We'll try to make something happen.

Regardless of if we combine the EOS or not, any time there is an event at gulfcoast for Nitro, we are gonna try to add electric cars into the mix. I think it makes for a better weekend, and the bigger crowds will certainly attract more people.

On another note, all the points are updated on the website and the Series champions have been determined. Over the weekend, i will post the official Finals results and also some pics from the awards ceremony.

Thanks again to all of you that participated this first year. Congrats to all the winners. Next year, will be even better.
