Quick question about the races that run there. What times and days do you run? Also what type of tires work best for the type of track you have? I am looking a being in that neck of the woods mid July with my stuff

No racing yet. Still trying to get enough drivers. Wednesday night is the proposed night and the track is already open till 9pm that night. As far as tires and track surface I usually use some type of mini pin. The track is a 60/40 clay/sand mix. It packs real hard and the rubber grooves up on it pretty good. Hope this helps.

Forgot to ask, what is the plan for this Wednesday, being it is July 4th? Not that it changes any of my plans just thought it might change the Wednesday get together????

Hey Mike I was over there today and talked to Kevin. Since the bathroom is out and all that is left is the plumber to end some lines, that corner of the track is all apart right now. He said he will be there wednesday but will not stay open late since it is the 4th and the track is basically closed. I am going to go over there wednesday and start leveling everything out and hopefully we can all get together next weekend sometime and finish the layout.

We are going to close the track this week for practice while the layout is expanded and improved. We hope to be ready again for Wednesday, July 11th. I will post more info as it become available. If you would like to volunteer to help with the track rebuild, please shoot me a PM and contact phone number. We will be trying to do that either late evening or early AM to avoid some of the Heat.
