08 OVAL MASTERS Manufacturers Challenge, Greeneville Tn, Nov 21-23
The 2008 Ovalmasters Manufactures Challenge will be run at the Greeneville RC Speedway in Greeneville TN. There have been over 120 entries each year for the past two years. Race dates are Nov 21-23. We already have entries from CA, NY, NV, Fl, TX, AZ. http://greenevillercspeedway.com This race is one of the most anticipated races of the year. The top finishing car of each mfg get points. For the past three years there have only been a few point between the top mfg.
Classes this year are 17.5, 13.5 & 10.5 4600 4 cell. 17.5 5000 max lipo, 21.5 expert and 21.5 sportsman 3200 lipo classes. The race track open on Nov 20 for practice. Four qualifiers run on 22 and mains run on 23.
Local buisness have kicked in a lot of prizes like free nights stay at local hotel, Free Gasoline, food from Stans BBQ, Fatz, Applebees and Hardees. Many more prizes to be drawn from entries made before Nov 1. Entries can be made at the race. Custom Works is giving a 200.00 prize to the top finishing nonsponsored Custom Works driver.
